1. About us

This website is operated by Halo Enterprises Limited, trading as Halo Event Planners ("we", "us"). Contact: WhatsApp +260974088009, haloeventplanners@outlook.com, Plot A66, off Palabana Road, Lusaka, Zambia.

2. Orders

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or we cannot deliver to the address, and we will refund you in full in that case.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and may change without notice. Payment is made online through Flutterwave by mobile money or card. We do not store your card or mobile money details.

4. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to the recipient on delivery.

5. Refunds, returns and exchanges

These are governed by our Refund Policy and Returns and Exchanges Policy above.

6. Product images

Photos are illustrative. Hampers, flowers and balloons may vary slightly in colour, arrangement and contents.

7. Corporate and event orders

Quotes for corporate, bulk and event orders are valid for 14 days. A deposit of 70% may be required to confirm a booking. Cancellation and refund terms for events will be set out in your quote.

8. Customer responsibilities

You confirm the details you give are accurate and that you have the recipient's permission for us to contact them about delivery.

Hampers that contain alcohol may only be delivered to, and received by, people aged 18 or over.

9. Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the order, to the extent allowed by law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia.
