Refund Policy

• Refunds are given only if we do not deliver your order.
• If we are unable to deliver your order, we will refund the full amount you paid, including the delivery charge, to your original payment method (mobile money or card).
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days of confirming non-delivery.
• We do not give refunds for change of mind, incorrect recipient details, an unavailable recipient after delivery attempts, or dissatisfaction with an item once delivered.
• Cancellations: contact us on WhatsApp at +260974088009 at least 24 hours before your delivery date. Orders cancelled in time that have not been prepared will be refunded. Orders already prepared or in transit cannot be cancelled.
